BRAC Bank POS machine merchant-এর approved card/contactless payment নেওয়ার bank/acquiring terminal। Restaurant menu, order, kitchen ও report-এর POS software থেকে আলাদা।

BRAC Bank official site 24/7 call centre 16221 এবং POS merchant information দেয়। কিন্তু current universal document list, MDR, rental বা settlement schedule-এর public page পাইনি। Bank থেকে direct terms নিন; এটি preparation checklist, BRAC Bank-এর statement নয়।

## Official channel

16221 বা official branch-এ merchant acquiring/POS onboarding চান। Unknown agent-এর number নয়।

Legal name, outlet, restaurant type, expected card sales, average bill এবং countertop/portable/contactless need বলুন; written process চান।

## Document confirm করুন

Online list approval criteria নয়; legal form অনুযায়ী current list bank থেকে নিন।

- TIN/return
- BIN/VAT applicable
- Bank account/statement
- Partnership/incorporation/board docs
- Outlet/tenancy
- Food licence if asked

## Terminal বনাম Rosuii

Rosuii-তে real bKash/Nagad আছে; approved setup ছাড়া card-কে live acquiring integration বলা যাবে না।

## Dated merchant-request file বানান

Restaurant-এর legal name, outlet address, contact person, terminal কোথায় বসবে এবং bank-এ যোগাযোগের date লিখুন। Official channel যে document চায় শুধু সেটিই secureভাবে দিন এবং submitted item-এর list রাখুন। General restaurant note-এ cardholder data, PIN, terminal password বা authentication secret রাখবেন না।

Current application form, eligibility check, process step, support channel এবং request reference bank-কে লিখিতভাবে confirm করতে বলুন। অন্য merchant-এর experience useful question দিতে পারে, কিন্তু আপনার approval বা term প্রমাণ করে না। প্রতিটি commercial figure নিজের dated offer বা agreement-এ না আসা পর্যন্ত unverified ধরুন।

## মনে রাখা rate নয়, written offer compare করুন

Setup বা rental charge, transaction treatment, settlement timing, refund, reversal, chargeback, paper/connectivity responsibility, replacement, support hour এবং exit condition আলাদা row-তে লিখুন। Offer-এর exact wording, currency, tax treatment এবং effective date রাখুন।

অন্য restaurant বা পুরোনো social post-এর rate copy করবেন না। Merchant agreement ও সময় অনুযায়ী term বদলাতে পারে। Statement-এ deduction কী নামে দেখাবে জিজ্ঞেস করুন, যাতে sales report ও received money মিলানো যায়। Accounting, tax ও legal implication qualified adviser দিয়ে review করান; এই guide bank offer নয়।

## End-to-end acceptance test করুন

Bank instruction অনুযায়ী authorized test transaction করুন। Amount entry, customer confirmation, approval/decline response, printed বা digital evidence, reversal/refund path, settlement report এবং official support contact কাজ করে কি না দেখুন। Device identity record করুন, কিন্তু secret expose করবেন না।

তারপর matching restaurant order ও payment-method entry তৈরি করুন। Internal reference এমন হতে পারে যাতে cashier, manager ও accounts transaction reconcile করতে পারে; full card number, PIN বা authentication data কখনো Rosuii বা staff note-এ যাবে না। Training-এ approved, declined, uncertain ও reversed result আলাদা করে দেখান।

## Terminal, order ও settlement reconcile করুন

Shift close-এ Rosuii-র completed card order, terminal-এর approved transaction এবং exception evidence compare করুন। Settlement এলে bank statement, terminal batch ও internal order reference মিলান। Missing, duplicate, reversed, refunded বা delayed item আলাদা করুন; total match করাতে sale edit করবেন না।

প্রতিটি exception-এর owner, source reference, action ও next review date দিন। Refund এবং terminal report access role-based রাখুন। Record retention, dispute response ও accounting treatment bank agreement, applicable requirement এবং approved business policy অনুযায়ী হবে।

## Failure ও replacement procedure লিখুন

Power না থাকা, connectivity loss, decline, uncertain result, paper failure, damage বা lost device-এর জন্য staff instruction দিন। Bank-এর official troubleshooting ও reporting route ব্যবহার করুন, device secure করুন এবং সন্দেহজনক transaction বারবার চালাবেন না। শুধু approved alternative payment option দিন।

Customer screenshot বা message terminal approval নয়। Bank লিখিতভাবে support না করলে নিজের মতো offline card process বানাবেন না। Incident reference, support response, temporary control এবং restoration test লিখে manager sign-off-এর পরে device normal service-এ ফেরান।

## Ongoing merchant review

মাসিক review-এ settlement exception, refund/chargeback case, terminal downtime, paper/connectivity issue, support ticket এবং staff error trend দেখুন। এক দিনের anecdote দিয়ে provider judge নয়; comparable period ও verified record ব্যবহার করুন।

Branch, device, firmware বা process বদলালে acceptance test repeat করুন। Agreement renewal বা replacement-এর আগে current written term, service coverage ও exit condition আবার confirm করুন। Commercial claim public content-এ দিলে source ও verification date দেখান; private term permission ছাড়া publish করবেন না।

## Cashier ও manager training evidence

Cashier approved sale, decline, cancel, reversal, refund request, uncertain result এবং duplicate risk আলাদা করে demonstrate করবেন। Manager terminal batch, Rosuii payment-method report ও exception log মিলিয়ে দেখাবেন। শুধু training attendance নয়, supervised test দিয়ে role competency verify করুন।

Customer নিজে PIN বা required confirmation দেবেন এবং staff screen privacy রক্ষা করবেন। Card number, PIN, authentication code বা receipt-এর sensitive part general chat, spreadsheet বা Rosuii note-এ copy করা নিষিদ্ধ করুন। Lost বা suspicious device-এর official reporting contact সহজে পাওয়া যায় এমন জায়গায় রাখুন।

## Settlement exception register

প্রতিটি missing, delayed, duplicate, reversed, refunded, disputed বা chargeback-related item-এর transaction date, internal order reference, terminal reference-এর safe অংশ, statement date, current status, owner এবং next action লিখুন। Sensitive card data বাদ দিন।

Open item age ও business impact review করুন, কিন্তু bank response বানিয়ে লিখবেন না। Official ticket বা statement evidence attach করুন। Resolve হলে resolution type, accounting treatment, approver ও close date রাখুন। Recurring pattern থাকলে staff process, connectivity, refund permission বা reconciliation cadence review করুন।

## Public content-এ BRAC Bank claim

Official BRAC Bank page বা current written public document যে capability বা contact support করে শুধু সেটিই factual claim হিসেবে দিন। Merchant-specific rate, approval time, eligibility বা settlement experience universal statement নয়।

Source URL, page title ও last-verified date রাখুন। Page unavailable বা wording বদলালে claim recheck করুন। এই article independent operational guide; bank endorsement বা guaranteed approval implied করবেন না। Reader-কে current application ও commercial term official channel থেকে নিতে বলুন।
