POS machine full form হলো Point of Sale machine। যেখানে ও যখন sale record এবং customer payment হয় সেটিই point of sale। Modern POS hardware+software মিলিয়ে transaction ও operation চালায়।

## Restaurant POS software কী করে

Restaurant POS software item selection, menu price, modifier, discount permission, order state ও bill total manage করতে পারে। Configured workflow অনুযায়ী kitchen ticket বা KDS route, receipt, cashier shift, inventory relation ও reportও থাকতে পারে। Exact module current plan ও product evidence থেকে confirm করুন।

Stable order ID এবং attributable user গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। Cashier item add, waiter table transfer, manager discount approve ও kitchen correction—প্রতিটি event trace হওয়া উচিত। Completed sale delete করে history হারানো operational control নয়।

POS printer customer receipt বা kitchen ticket print করতে পারে, তবে role আলাদা। Receipt-এ item, price, total, payment ও merchant detail দরকার; kitchen ticket-এ station item, quantity, modifier, exclusion ও change status দরকার।
