Restaurant ERP software sales, stock, purchase, expense, staff ও branch report-এর আলাদা record একসঙ্গে আনে। ভালো system-এ একটি transaction-এর সব অংশ মিলবে।

ERP নামটি অনেকভাবে ব্যবহার হয়। কিছু product full accounting ও enterprise planning দেয়, অন্যগুলো POS, kitchen, inventory, payroll ও report যুক্ত করে। বড় system কেনার আগে নিজের প্রয়োজন ঠিক করুন।

## ERP ও restaurant management software-এর পার্থক্য

Restaurant platform দৈনিক order, table, kitchen, stock ও staff চালায়। Full ERP সাধারণত general ledger, asset, budget ও company-wide approval যোগ করে।

Single outlet বা local chain-এর আগে connected operation দরকার হতে পারে। একাধিক legal entity ও audited consolidation থাকলে আলাদা ERP লাগতে পারে।

## Restaurant ERP-এর scope shared record থেকে শুরু

Restaurant ERP software-এর কাজ শুধু অনেক module দেখানো নয়। Order, payment, menu, recipe যেখানে supported, inventory, purchase, supplier, expense, employee, attendance, payroll ও finance-related record একই branch, item, unit, user এবং period structureে যুক্ত হতে হবে। Shared master ছাড়া module বাড়লে আলাদা report তৈরি হয়, কিন্তু total reconcile করা যায় না।

প্রতিটি record-এর authoritative system ও owner নির্ধারণ করুন। Item POS-এ, supplier purchase systemে এবং account mapping accounting toolে authoritative হলে create, update, sync, failure ও correction path লিখুন। Spreadsheet export real-time integration নয়; controlled workflow হিসেবে acceptable হতে পারে, তবে manual step, owner ও cut-off clear থাকতে হবে।

ERP শব্দটি vendorভেদে আলাদা scope বোঝায়। Full finance-led ERP general ledger, asset, budgeting ও consolidation দিতে পারে; restaurant operations platform daily service, kitchen, stock, staff ও reportে বেশি গভীর হতে পারে। আপনার requirement আগে define করুন, label দেখে capability অনুমান করবেন না।

## Module-to-control matrix

Module আছে লেখা acceptance নয়। এক actual workflow দিয়ে core record create, approve, correct, close ও export করুন। Total report থেকে source order, receiving, expense বা employee calculationে drill করা না গেলে exception তদন্ত কঠিন হয়।

## Master-data governance

Item, unit, recipe, supplier, branch, employee, role, payment method এবং account mapping-এর owner দিন। Create, approve, merge, inactivate, rename ও correct process লিখুন। `Chicken`, `chicken meat` ও `চিকেন` unintended duplicate হলে purchase, stock ও recipe আলাদা হয়ে যেতে পারে।

Unit conversion source ও effective date রাখুন। Carton purchase, kilogram count এবং gram recipe এক itemে যুক্ত হলে tested conversion দরকার। Supplier-specific pack size fixed conversion নাকি variable receipt quantity—নির্ধারণ করুন। Conversion edit historical movementে কী প্রভাব ফেলে controlled test করুন।

Duplicate merge করার আগে transaction history, recipe, purchase, branch stock ও report reference review করুন। Code delete করে history orphan করবেন না। Preferred master রেখে old code inactive বা mapped করার approved process ব্যবহার করুন। Change logে old/new value, reason, user ও approval রাখুন।

## Purchase-to-sale trace test

এক ingredient-এর purchase request, approved purchase order, receiving, supplier invoice, payment or payable handoff, stock location, production or recipe use, menu sale, wastage, transfer এবং closing stock trace করুন। Intent, received quantity, invoice এবং payment চারটি আলাদা event—একটি অন্যটির proof নয়।

Sale item active recipe বা stock configurationে কীভাবে link হয় তা verify করুন। Rosuii সম্পর্কে current product limit অক্ষত রাখুন: per-menu-sale theoretical ingredient auto-deductionকে available feature হিসেবে দাবি করা যাবে না; production ও wastage record আলাদা workflow। Requirement থাকলে native, configured, external, manual বা unsupported status লিখুন।

## Branch ও tenant isolation

Multi-branch ERP-এ shared item or supplier এবং branch-specific price, stock, user or workflow-এর boundary clear করুন। User কোন branch দেখতে, order করতে, transfer approve করতে বা report export করতে পারেন least privilege অনুযায়ী নির্ধারণ করুন। Head-office view এবং branch view আলাদা acceptance test করুন।

Rosuii multi-tenant architectureে প্রতিটি restaurant isolated database ও branded subdomain পায়—এটি verified product fact। তবে এক tenant-এর ভিতরের branch permission, cross-branch master ও report intended role দিয়ে test করতে হবে। Database isolation statementকে uptime, backup or regulatory certification claim বানাবেন না।

## Finance boundary ও reconciliation

Restaurant operations report এবং statutory accounting এক নয়। Rosuii full general-ledger, fixed-asset, bank-reconciliation, enterprise-budgeting বা statutory consolidation ERP নয়। Accountant-approved chart, export, journal or other handoff দরকার হলে field mapping, period cut-off, owner ও review লিখুন।

Sales totalকে payment state, refund, discount, void, tax or charge configuration এবং business date দিয়ে reconcile করুন। Cash drawer, provider settlement ও accounting recognition আলাদা হতে পারে। Pending paymentকে paid sale বা dashboard totalকে bank settlement ধরে নেবেন না।

## HR, attendance ও payroll control

Employee masterে stable ID, branch, role, employment facts, effective dates এবং authorized changes রাখুন। Shared biometric or attendance device integration থাকলে authoritative punch, import time, duplicate suppression ও correction workflow test করুন। Roster planned time; attendance observed event; approved payable time policy result।

Acceptance sheetে software version, device, branch, master-data version, user role, scenario, expected result, actual result, evidence ও issue owner রাখুন। Failed test source cause correct করে repeat করুন। `Dashboard loaded` বা module screenshot end-to-end pass নয়।

Expansion decision module count দিয়ে নয়, exception control, close reproducibility, source trace, user adoption এবং support recovery evidence দিয়ে নিন। Performance claim public করতে হলে comparable methodology, permission ও verified data দরকার।
