Restaurant POS pricing depends on the licence, included modules, branch limits and equipment. Compare written quotes over the same period. Rosuii's published software prices, checked against its live pricing catalog on 27 September 2026, are Free ৳0, Starter ৳500/month, Growth ৳1,200/month and Pro ৳2,500/month. These are Rosuii prices, not a survey of the Bangladesh POS market. Hardware, internet and external payment-provider charges are separate.

A one-time licence is not automatically cheaper, and a subscription is not automatically better. Ask each supplier to itemize the restaurant's actual setup. No universal market price or payback period is assumed here.

Prices and entitlements were checked against the live Rosuii pricing page and public pricing API on 2026-09-27. There is no Rosuii setup fee. KDS starts on Starter, not Growth. Marketplace order tagging is enabled on Starter and Pro, but not Growth; it is not automatic marketplace order import. A subdomain alone does not grant online ordering on Free.
Calculate a first-year budget
Use: chosen software billing + equipment + connectivity + provider charges + separately agreed services. Twelve Starter monthly payments total ৳6,000; the published annual option is ৳3,500. Choose one billing option, not both. Repeat the calculation with your own equipment quote and expected transaction volume. Savings from reduced waste or faster service are not guaranteed income and should not be deducted from the purchase budget.
What can change the total?
- Printers, paper, kitchen screens, mounting, power backup and repairs.
- Branch, menu-item and daily-order limits during the busiest day.
- Menu preparation, staff training and any separately agreed services.
- Internet availability and a tested offline handoff process.
- Payment-provider onboarding, eligibility, transaction charges and settlement terms.
- Data export, cancellation and renewal conditions.
Rosuii records card and Rocket payments as payment methods; that does not mean it supplies a live card or Rocket checkout gateway. Eligible bKash/Nagad gateway connections are on Pro with the restaurant's own credentials. EPS is used to pay Rosuii subscriptions, a different transaction from a guest paying a restaurant.
Before choosing a plan
Run a dine-in and takeaway order, send a ticket, print a receipt and check the report. Then test the extra workflow you are paying for: stock receiving, payroll or online ordering. Confirm the exact supported printer and outage behaviour. Free is a plan with limits, not a trial of every paid feature. Read the refund and cancellation terms before choosing an annual payment.
