Eligible POS order-taking and cash billing can continue during an outage on a device that was synced while online. The device queues eligible work and retries when the connection returns. Online payments, live KDS updates and other real-time server actions still require internet access.

KOT is part of the core POS workflow. KDS: Starter and above; customer display (CDS): Starter and above. Live screen updates need internet; compatible printers and display devices are supplied separately.

The cashier chooses how many ways, each share is shown, and the guests pay them one at a time on the same order — so the bill, the order number and the day's takings stay one set of figures. Splitting by item or by seat is not available: for an uneven split the cashier types the amount instead.

Yes, using the payment methods enabled for that restaurant. Record several collections against one order until its total is covered; the order shows unpaid, partial or paid. A staff-recorded bKash payment does not confirm receipt through a gateway. Connected bKash checkout needs Pro, approved merchant credentials and internet. Equal shares remain payments on one order, not separate guest receipts.

Yes. A waiter records how many guests a dine-in bill fed and the number is stored with the order. It is optional by default; a restaurant that wants it on every bill can switch on a setting that refuses a dine-in order until the count is entered. Takeaway and delivery store no guest count.

Yes. The covers report divides revenue by guests served and shows sales per cover, total covers and guests per bill. Because the guest count is optional, the averages use only bills that carry a number, and the report states what share of dine-in bills that is so a partial average is not read as the whole picture.

Yes, when staff use a cash shift and record guest counts on dine-in bills. The shift report includes those covers alongside orders and cash. The covers report also groups them by date and opening time of the bill. Missing guest counts are not estimates of zero guests; use the reported coverage before comparing shifts.

Yes. Dine-in, takeaway and staff-entered delivery share the POS order workflow on every plan, subject to limits. Customer website and table-QR ordering start on Starter; rider management starts on Growth. Your team must configure the menu and fulfilment settings. Marketplace orders are not automatically imported.

Yes. Rosuii is a browser PWA designed for phones, tablets, laptops and common POS terminals. Test your chosen printer and browser before rollout.

Yes. Choose Bangla or English in the restaurant panel; the language choice does not change plan entitlements. Test Bangla menu names and receipts on your actual printer and client before service—panel language support is not a promise that every printer can render Bangla.
