Record payments without pretending a gateway is online
The app can queue payment records, including payments against a locally queued sale. Recording a method is different from confirming a bKash or Nagad transaction. Gateway confirmation still needs connectivity.
Reconnect with a visible reconciliation step
The client retries queued sales when connectivity returns and resolves the temporary order reference. Check pending or failed work and confirm the server order before treating the shift as reconciled.
How it works
The workflow, step by step
Check the PC before downloading
The shipped Windows target is 10/11, 64-bit. Check the system version and architecture, and test your printer driver on that PC. Windows 7/8 and 32-bit Windows are not supported by this build.
Sign in and prepare the till online
Download from the official Rosuii download page. Sign in, select the correct restaurant and branch, load the menu and sync offline data. An unprepared device cannot discover an uncached menu without a connection.
Rehearse the outage
Use a controlled test sale. Disconnect the internet, add the items, record the payment and print on the actual connected printer. Keep its temporary reference. Do not assume another kitchen screen receives the order while disconnected.
Reconnect and check the result
Let the queue sync, then verify the order and payment on the server. Review failures instead of entering the sale again. Finish pending work before resetting app data, replacing the PC or handing over the shift.

Does Rosuii have a Windows restaurant POS app?
Yes. Rosuii has a Flutter desktop client targeting Windows 10/11, 64-bit. It uses the existing restaurant account, locally saved data and a durable offline order queue. Check the current installer on the download page.
Can I use Rosuii on Windows 7?
The current desktop build does not support Windows 7, 8 or 8.1. Its supported target is Windows 10/11 x64. A print helper or browser workaround is not equivalent to a Windows 7-compatible desktop app.
Which restaurant tasks keep working offline?
On a prepared device, eligible POS sales and payment records can be queued, and previously loaded data can be viewed. Initial login, gateway confirmation, live device updates and server-validated administrative changes need internet.
Can I print an offline receipt?
The desktop POS includes receipt and label printing for locally queued sales. Compatibility depends on the actual printer, driver and connection. Test an offline sale and print before using the setup for live service.
Does downloading the Windows app change my plan?
No. Your restaurant account and plan permissions still control available modules and limits. Check the current pricing page for monthly or annual BDT billing; do not treat the installer as an unlimited software licence.
