Free is a plan, not a trial. It suits a small counter with 1 branch, up to 150 menu items and 30 orders per day. Start with dine-in, takeaway or delivery POS, KOT printing, menu modifiers, tables, customer records and basic reports.
- Know the boundaries
- Free has no online ordering, QR ordering, KDS/CDS or inventory. Online orders, kitchen/customer displays and inventory start on Starter.
- At the daily cap
- After 30 orders, new orders pause until midnight. Existing orders are unaffected. Choose a higher limit before your counter regularly reaches the allowance.
- When to upgrade
- Choose Starter for a second branch, online orders, KDS or stock control. A food court with more counters than your plan allows needs the plan whose branch limit covers them — three on Growth, unlimited on Pro. Payroll and loyalty start on Growth. Eligible bKash/Nagad gateway connectivity is on Pro.
- Bring your equipment
- Use your own supported browser device. Printers and kitchen screens are separate purchases. For eligible offline cash billing, sync the device first; live KDS and online payments need internet.

- No Rosuii setup fee
- Your subscription is the published BDT plan price. Rosuii does not add an installation or hidden module fee.
- Hardware is your choice
- Rosuii runs in a supported browser on equipment you already own. Receipt printers, kitchen displays and other hardware are separate purchases.
- Provider fees stay separate
- A bKash or Nagad provider may charge its own transaction fees. Pro enables eligible gateway connectivity; it does not remove provider charges.
- Limits are visible
- Branch, daily-order and menu-item limits appear in the table below. Ask every vendor to put extra branch, user, support and training costs in writing.
Value comparison: a custom quote can still be right for your restaurant, but compare subscription, setup, training, extra branches, hardware and payment-provider charges over the same 12-month period.

How much does restaurant POS software cost in Bangladesh?
Rosuii restaurant POS starts at ৳0 on Free for 1 branch and 30 orders a day. Paid plans are Starter at ৳500/month or ৳3,500/year, Growth at ৳1,200/month or ৳8,400/year, and Pro at ৳2,500/month or ৳17,500/year. There is no setup fee. These are software prices; hardware and external payment-provider charges are separate.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — Free is a real plan, free forever, not a trial. You get 1 branch, menu management, tables, customers, basic reports and up to 30 POS orders a day. No credit card required. Online ordering starts on Starter.
What happens when I reach my daily order limit?
Each plan includes a daily order allowance: 30 orders/day on Free, 150 on Starter, 500 on Growth, and unlimited on Pro. When today's allowance is used up, new POS orders — and storefront orders where available — pause until midnight. Existing orders are unaffected. Upgrading raises the limit instantly.
What currency is pricing in and how does billing work?
All plans are priced in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Paid plans publish both monthly and annual prices, so you can choose the billing period that fits your restaurant. There is no setup fee.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your panel, and the change takes effect immediately. Upgrade when you open a new branch or need inventory and payroll; downgrade just as easily if your needs change. Cancel anytime.
What payment methods can a restaurant record or connect?
Restaurants can record cash, card and cash-on-delivery. On Pro, they can configure eligible bKash or Nagad gateway credentials for customer checkout. Card is a recorded payment entry; Rosuii does not currently claim a production card gateway.
What counts as a branch?
A branch is a single physical outlet or location of your restaurant, each with its own menu availability, tables and reports under one account. Free includes 1 branch, Starter 2, Growth up to 3, and Pro unlimited branches. In multi-outlet mode a branch is also a food-court outlet, so the number of counters you can run under one menu is the same as your branch limit.
Can several food-court counters share one bill?
Yes, from Starter, once multi-outlet mode is switched on in Settings → Outlets. One bill can hold dishes from several counters, each dish counts as the sales of the outlet whose kitchen cooked it, and Rosuii reports what each outlet earned, collected and owes the others. It stays inside one Rosuii account — separate businesses that each keep their own account and their own bank settlement are not joined into one bill, and Rosuii records a payout rather than moving money.
