Start free, scale deliberately
Free includes one branch, 150 menu items and 30 orders a day. Starter adds two-branch capacity, a direct storefront and inventory. Growth adds payroll, CRM/loyalty and CSV exports; Pro adds eligible merchant gateways. Setup fee is zero; review the cancellation and refund terms.
Explore: Start free, scale deliberatelyLocal payments and bill calculations
Record cash and COD, configure VAT/service charge and test the itemised receipt. Eligible Pro merchants can connect their own bKash/Nagad credentials. A recorded card payment is not a card gateway; your accountant must check the tax settings.

Sync menu and customer data while online, queue eligible cash orders during an outage, then check retry and Sync now after reconnection. Live kitchen displays and online payments still need internet.

Try the panel and storefront in both languages with your actual menu and printer. Practise modifiers, discounts and receipts with staff; learning speed depends on the team and setup, not a one-day guarantee.

Starter includes your own online storefront and table QR ordering. Staff can manually record marketplace orders; Foodpanda/Pathao do not have a production API connection. Pro enables eligible bKash/Nagad checkout for your own customers.

This is a suggested rehearsal schedule, not a seven-day trial, a one-day launch promise or a free training-service offer. Use test data and proceed only after your team passes each check.
- Day 1: Choose the owner, branch and plan. Agree the test menu and staff permissions.
- Day 2: Add menu categories, sizes and add-ons in Bangla and English. Check prices and availability.
- Day 3: Test a complete order, discount and itemised receipt on your own printer. Ask the accountant to check VAT/service charge settings.
- Day 4: Sync the test device, disconnect internet, queue an eligible cash order, reconnect and confirm the final record.
- Day 5: On Starter or above, test direct and table-QR orders. On Pro, test each eligible gateway separately without sharing credentials.
- Day 6: Reconcile a test day's sales, payments and outstanding orders. Growth/Pro teams should open a CSV export in their spreadsheet.
- Day 7: Let each role repeat its workflow. Record unresolved issues and ask support about available setup help before choosing a launch date.
Ask for evidence before committing
Open the demo and request a walkthrough of your own workflow. Ask which extended evaluation, remote/on-site help and support hours can actually be arranged; no paid-plan trial or response-time SLA is promised here. Customer names, quotes and measured results are published only with permission and evidence.
