A food court's counters, or a coffee shop and the kitchens beside it, can run as separate outlets inside one Rosuii restaurant record, over one shared menu. One bill can hold dishes from several outlets and any counter can take the whole payment. Multi-outlet restaurant software has to keep three facts apart on every order, and Rosuii does: where the order was taken, whose sale each line is, and which outlet took the money.

How it works
The workflow, step by step
1. Write down who owns what
Before switching anything on, agree which kitchen cooks each dish and whose sales it is. An outlet is a branch, so the count follows your plan: Starter 2, Growth 3, Pro unlimited. The Free plan has one branch and cannot run this.
2. Switch it on and map the kitchens
Turn multi-outlet mode on in Settings → Outlets, then map every kitchen station to the outlet that owns it. Until the mode is on, nothing about your current setup changes.
3. Test one bill across two counters
Put dishes from two outlets on one bill and take the money at a third counter. Check each station's ticket carries only its own lines, the guest is billed once, and the total matches the menu.
4. Read both reports against the till
Outlet revenue & collection separates what an outlet earned from what it collected; Inter-outlet settlement shows who owes whom. Compare them with the counted cash before anyone trusts them at closing.
5. Record the payout — it is not moved
When one outlet hands money to another, record that settlement. Rosuii works out and tracks the balance; it does not move money, does not touch a bank or merchant account, and does not calculate landlord rent or commission. Also void a test order and check the balance empties.

Frequently asked questions
Can one POS run several food court counters in Bangladesh?
Yes. Multi-outlet mode runs a food court's counters as outlets inside one Rosuii restaurant record, on one shared menu and one food court billing system. Each kitchen station belongs to an outlet and each dish is routed to a kitchen, so a dish counts as the sales of its kitchen's outlet; a single dish can override that.
How much does food court POS software cost in Bangladesh?
An outlet is a branch, so the outlet count follows the plan's branch limit. Free allows 1 branch, so food-court mode is not usable on Free. Starter at ৳500/month allows 2 outlets, Growth at ৳1,200/month allows 3 and Pro at ৳2,500/month is unlimited, so a five-outlet food court needs Pro. There is no setup fee; hardware and payment-provider fees are separate.
Can one counter take payment for another counter's food?
Yes. One bill can hold dishes from several outlets and any counter can take the whole payment. The order keeps where it was taken, whose sale each line is and which outlet collected the money as three separate facts.
How is the money divided between the outlets?
By default each outlet gets its share of everything collected, in proportion to the value of its own lines, so the shares add up to exactly what the customer paid. The other rule gives each outlet its item value and leaves the rest with the counter that collected. You choose the rule in Settings → Outlets.
What happens to the balance when a bill is cancelled?
Rosuii has order cancellation; there is no separate void or refund workflow with reason codes or manager approval. What one outlet owes another is derived from the orders rather than stored, so a cancelled bill drops out of the balance by itself and there is no adjustment to post.
Can a counter be made to take the money before the kitchen starts?
Yes. Per outlet you choose pay first, which suits a food-court counter, or pay later for table service, and when the kitchen ticket is released: on confirm, or after payment. A pay-first counter cannot send an unpaid order to the kitchen, because the server refuses it and not only the screen.
What is not supported in food court mode?
Ingredient stock deducts from one shared inventory, not from a store per outlet. Rosuii does not transfer or merge tables and does not split one bill by seat or by item. The pickup token is the order number, with no per-outlet token counter that resets daily. A recorded settlement payout stays between the outlets and is not posted into payment-method balances.
