Your facts, not a guess
Your published name, address, phone, cuisine, opening hours and dishes are available as structured data. Keep those fields accurate so an assistant has a first-party source to consult.
AI search and assistants
Rosuii publishes restaurant facts through llms.txt, Restaurant and Menu structured data, and Markdown for clients that request text. These formats help assistants read your published details; they do not guarantee a recommendation. Separately, you can connect an assistant to your Rosuii account to review your listing, edit supported content and read the restaurant records your panel permissions allow.

Twelve tools exist in the restaurant connector at api.rosuii.com/v1/mcp. A connection is offered only the tools the approving user may already use in the panel. Permissions are checked again on each call; assigned-branch restrictions also apply.
Permission identifiers are shown exactly as used by the panel. Scroll the table horizontally on a small screen; keyboard users can focus the table region and use the arrow keys.
| Tool | What it does | Required panel permission |
|---|---|---|
get_my_restaurant | Get this restaurant's public profile | settings.view |
audit_growth | Audit online and AI visibility | settings.view |
list_menu_items | List menu items and their descriptions | menu-items.view |
update_menu_item_description | Save a menu item description | menu-items.edit |
update_seo_profile | Save public profile and SEO fields | settings.edit |
list_branches | List this restaurant's branches | menu-items.view |
set_menu_item_branch_availability | Turn a dish on or off at one branch | menu-items.edit |
publish_faq | Publish a question and answer to the website | settings.edit |
list_orders | List recent orders | orders.view |
get_sales_summary | Sales and revenue for a date range | reports.view |
get_top_items | Best and worst selling dishes | reports.view |
list_staff | List staff | employees.view |
No connection can take, void or refund a payment, change a price, create a staff login or change a plan.
This is not a public-data-only connection: permitted read tools can return orders, sales and staff records. The writing tools can save descriptions and public profile fields, publish an answer or change a dish’s availability at a branch. Review those changes before asking the assistant to save them.
AI search and assistants
For restaurants that want to be found when someone asks an assistant, not just a search box
Operational benefits
Your published name, address, phone, cuisine, opening hours and dishes are available as structured data. Keep those fields accurate so an assistant has a first-party source to consult.
Your menu is published as Menu structured data with names, prices and descriptions. This makes the information available to clients that can read it; inclusion in an answer remains their decision.
Connect your Rosuii account and ask it to help you grow. It scores your public profile out of 100, tells you exactly what is missing and what each gap is worth, and writes menu descriptions and website answers with you.
How it works
Complete your name, address, phone, cuisine and area in Settings. The SEO & AI readiness checklist scores what is still missing.
Add your dishes with descriptions. Rosuii turns them into structured data on your storefront automatically.
Mint an API key in Settings → API access, add the Rosuii MCP server to ChatGPT or Claude, and ask it to audit and improve your listing.
Publish accurate, machine-readable facts and keep them current. Every Rosuii storefront already emits llms.txt plus Restaurant and Menu structured data with your name, address, phone and dishes, which is what an assistant reads. Complete your profile in Settings and write real descriptions for your dishes. No tool, including Rosuii, can guarantee an assistant will mention you.
Yes. Create an API key in Settings → API access and add the Rosuii MCP server at api.rosuii.com/v1/mcp. The connection is offered only the tools the approving user may already use. Depending on those permissions, it can update supported public content or read orders, sales and staff records. Check the tool table before sharing access.
No. Rosuii does not run a language model. If you connect your own assistant through the MCP server, that assistant writes the description from your dish's real name, category and price, and you approve it before it is saved. The menu quick-add tool fills from prepared Bangladeshi presets, not generated text.
Check the approving user’s panel permissions and assigned branch. The tool list is filtered for that user, and permission is checked again when a tool is called. Orders, sales and staff data can be available when the corresponding read permissions allow them; permitted writing tools can change published content or branch dish availability. Treat the API key like a password and revoke it when no longer needed.
No. Publishing your restaurant in machine-readable form is included on every plan, including Free. The API key you need for the assistant connection is free to mint in your panel.
Fix them in Settings. Your storefront, structured data and llms.txt are generated from the same fields, so correcting your address or phone once updates every machine-readable copy. Your Google Business Profile is separate and has to be corrected there as well.
Twelve tools, and the connection is offered only the ones the person who approved it may already use. It can audit your online presence and score it out of 100, read your public profile and your branches, list dishes that have no description, write and save a dish description, update your public description, cuisine, area and city, publish a question and answer to your website, stop or resume selling one dish at one branch, and — for an account that can already see them in Rosuii — read your orders, your sales and your best-selling dishes, and list your staff. That is the complete list.
It can only do what the person who connected it can already do in Rosuii. If a chef with no access to reports connects it, it cannot read your revenue; if they are assigned to one branch, it sees only that branch. Whoever connects it, no connector can take, void or refund a payment, change a price, create a staff login or change your plan. Over the REST API, reports, inventory, menu photo upload and bulk menu edits are also not available yet.
No. You mint a key in Settings → API access and paste the server address into ChatGPT or Claude as a connector. The REST API, which is a separate thing, does need a developer.
