Table QR ordering
From Starter, guests scan a table QR and order in their browser. The table reference stays with the order.
Menu and modifiers
Set categories, sizes, add-ons, combos and availability. Connected devices fetch updates; refresh offline snapshots before service.
Kitchen and customer screens
From Starter, the kitchen display system (KDS) shows active tickets and the customer display shows ready tokens. Live updates need internet.
Tables and reservations
Use table records for dine-in orders. Reservation tools start on Starter; test your booking and table workflow.
Inventory and recipes
From Starter, record purchases, receiving and wastage. Enable recipes to deduct ingredients on order placement, using each stock item’s own unit.

Share an order’s bill link or print its QR. Anyone with that link can open it; it is not an individually revocable link.

Record counter payments. Eligible bKash/Nagad checkout needs Pro and your own merchant credentials; Card and Rocket entries do not process gateway payments.

What is Rosuii?
Rosuii is a Bangladesh-focused restaurant management SaaS platform, also known as Rosui, রসুই, and Rosui software. It offers browser access and a Windows desktop POS for supported counter, printing and offline workflows, with connected restaurant modules according to plan and setup. It brings POS, table orders and plan-dependent online ordering, inventory, kitchen displays and payroll into a restaurant workspace.
Is Rosui the same as Rosuii?
On this official website, Rosui, রসুই and Rosui software refer to Rosuii restaurant management software. Its official website is rosuii.com; an unrelated business with a similar name is not evidence about this product.
How much does Rosuii cost?
Free is ৳0. Paid software plans are Starter ৳500/month or ৳3,500/year; Growth ৳1,200/month or ৳8,400/year; Pro ৳2,500/month or ৳17,500/year. The published Rosuii setup fee is zero; equipment, connectivity, provider fees and separately agreed services are outside the subscription.
Does Rosuii work offline?
A device synced while online can queue eligible POS cash orders during an outage. Keep the device powered and retain its local data until orders and payments reconcile after sync. Live KDS, online ordering and gateway confirmation need internet.
What is the difference between KOT and KDS?
KOT means kitchen order ticket: the preparation details sent from an order and printed on supported hardware. KDS means kitchen display system: a connected screen with the kitchen queue and preparation status, available from Starter.
Can Rosuii take bKash and Nagad payments?
Eligible restaurants on Pro can connect their own approved merchant credentials. Recording a wallet payment at the counter is different from a gateway confirming a transaction. Provider fees and connectivity requirements still apply.
Can I split a bill?
Yes, into equal shares at the till, paid one at a time against the same order. Multiple amounts and methods can also be recorded. There is one receipt per order; separate item/seat bills and per-guest receipts are not offered.
Can customers order online?
Online ordering starts on Starter. Set up the menu, opening details and available checkout methods, then test a complete order on the restaurant’s storefront before promoting it.
Is Rosuii available in Bangla?
The panel and customer storefront support Bangla and English. Enter your own menu translations and check Bengali output on your exact receipt and kitchen printers.
How long does setup take?
It depends on menu size, branches, staff roles, printing and payment setup. Test those workflows first; ask support to confirm any migration or training work and cost before scheduling rollout.
