What is Rosuii?
Rosuii is Bangladesh-focused restaurant management software: a browser-based restaurant operating system that connects POS, KOT and KDS, tables, online ordering, inventory and purchasing, staff and payroll, delivery, payments and reports. Restaurants can start with one branch on the Free plan, then move to paid plans as order volume, branches and operational needs grow.
How much does restaurant management software cost in Bangladesh?
Rosuii starts at ৳0 on Free for 1 branch and 30 orders a day. Paid plans are Starter at ৳500/month, Growth at ৳1,200/month and Pro at ৳2,500/month, with annual prices also published. There is no setup fee. Hardware and any external payment-provider fees are separate from the software subscription.
Does Rosuii work offline?
Eligible POS order-taking and cash billing can continue during an internet interruption on a device that was synced while online. The device queues eligible work and retries it when connectivity returns. Online payments, live KDS updates, online ordering and other real-time server actions still require an internet connection.
Does Rosuii include KOT and KDS?
Yes, with plan differences. KOT is part of the core restaurant POS workflow and can send kitchen tickets from an order. KDS and customer display screens are available on Growth and Pro. Live display updates need internet connectivity, and compatible printer or display hardware is purchased separately.
Is Rosui the same as Rosuii?
Yes. Rosui is a common search spelling for Rosuii, and the Bengali brand name is রসুই. Rosuii is the official English spelling, and rosuii.com is the official website for the restaurant management platform.
Is Rosuii suitable for a single restaurant or only chains?
Both. Rosuii scales from a single outlet to multi-branch chains. Start on the free plan (1 branch, 30 orders/day) and upgrade only when you need more branches, orders or features.
Does Rosuii support bKash and Nagad?
Yes. On Pro, a restaurant can connect its own bKash and Nagad gateway credentials. You can also record cash and card payments or offer cash-on-delivery today; a direct card gateway is on our roadmap.
How is my restaurant's data kept separate?
Every restaurant is provisioned its own isolated database. Your menu, orders, customers and reports are never shared with or visible to any other tenant.
Can my customers order online?
Yes. Online ordering starts on the Starter plan. Your restaurant gets a branded storefront on its own subdomain (yourname.rosuii.com) with menu browsing, cart, checkout, payment options and order tracking.
Is the platform available in Bengali?
Absolutely. Both the admin panel and the customer storefront are fully bilingual (Bangla and English).
How long does setup take?
Most restaurants are live the same day. Register, add your menu and staff, configure payments, and start taking orders immediately.
